Anja Schäplitz

received her dance and movement and training at the Laban Center for Movement and Dance and her Pilates certificate at the Body Control Pilates Institute, both in London.

Anja’s Pilates lessons are based on finding correct posture and breathing as well as on establishing healthy and natural movement patterns. Sound structural body awareness, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility are emphasized. The goal is to find the ability to feel the body in order to find freedom and joy in movement.
