We offer a variety of classes as well as Personal and Duo Training. Below you will find information on how you can book classes as well as what Pilates is.

With our online booking system you are able to book group classes independently. You can purchase and redeem class cards around the clock in our online shop. We offer you several payment options to make your purchase as easy as possible.
