We are glad that you have found us and hope to see you in our studio soon. If you are interested in training with us and are a total beginner, or have difficulty determining your level yourself, please contact us for advice. We may be reached by phone or my mail, however, the office is not always manned due to our teaching schedules. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Many new customers are initially interested in Pilates mat training. Mat training takes place in courses with up to 8 participants.
For complete beginners, we are happy to suggest the basic course, which takes place on Saturdays at 11:30 am. There, important basic principles are explained, which are also implemented in all of our courses. The next level is the mixed level for beginners/P1, which currently takes place 3 times a week: Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m. and Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
We also offer very effective Pilates apparatus training. Here we have two course formats – Springs and Reformer. These courses are best suited for clients with some prior Pilates experience.
For those who prefer a personal introduction to Pilates we offer Personal Training. These private sessions are arranged individually with us, whereas you may book courses yourself online.
To book a course you will need to create a customer account first. As soon as you have created an account, you may order a suitable product in the shop. For example, a trial lesson, in order to book the desired date in the course schedule.
If all this seems a bit overwhelming, just give us a call and we will reserve a spot for you in the desired course and deal with the registration while you are at the studio.
Many new customers come to us with the desire to complete a prevention course. If you want that, please contact us first to discuss appointments and find a free place. Isabel is the contact person for you.
