What is this course?
In this course we deal specifically with individual Pilates basics (and basic exercises) in order to be able to apply them effectively in our Pilates training. How do I specifically control my breathing and where do I direct my breath to use my muscles more efficiently? Which muscles help me maximize my movements and which ones help to stabilize the rest of my body? How can I let go of unnecessary tension? In these training sessions, we devote more attention to fewer exercises from the classic Pilates repertoire in order to develop a better understanding of the implementation of individual exercises and our very individual body. Slowly we layer on exercises that require more effort, with the goal to end up doing our “Hundreds” with a smile.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to delve a little deeper into the Pilates technique or would like an introduction to it. Each lesson follows a focus, which we explore through the use of practical exercises.
